Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow time for us to process your order. 99% of the time - Orders placed before 9pm CST will ship the next day that the chosen carrier picks up. USPS picks up packages Monday through Saturday. UPS picks up packages Monday through Friday. Both carriers have holiday schedules that indicate other days they will not be picking up packages.
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with a tracking number. However, it may take a day for the carrier to start showing updates to the status and location.

LOCAL PICKUP - By appointment only.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Our store uses calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout based on package dimensions, weight, and service chosen.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time we only ship to addresses in the USA.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at sales@cb-metals.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
